1. Service Description

DriveOn provides a proactive vehicle health monitoring platform that uses OBD-II data to detect potential vehicle issues before they become failures. Our service includes hardware (OBD scanner), software monitoring, health alerts, and maintenance recommendations.

2. Pilot Program Terms

Pilot program participants receive an OBD scanner device and access to the DriveOn monitoring platform. Founding member pricing (80% discount) is locked in for the lifetime of your subscription. Pilot participants agree to submit vehicle data logs as requested for system improvement. The OBD device remains yours even if you cancel.

3. Subscription & Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually based on your selected plan. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis during the pilot period.

4. Important Disclaimers

DriveOn provides informational alerts and recommendations based on vehicle data trends. Our system uses language like "trending outside normal behavior" with risk levels and time horizons. We do not guarantee the prevention of all vehicle failures. DriveOn is not a substitute for professional mechanical inspection and service. Always consult a qualified mechanic for repair decisions.

5. Limitation of Liability

DriveOn shall not be liable for any vehicle damage, personal injury, or financial loss arising from the use or inability to use our service. Our alerts are informational in nature and should not be the sole basis for vehicle maintenance decisions.

6. Data Usage

By using DriveOn, you consent to the collection and analysis of your vehicle's OBD-II data as described in our Privacy Policy. Vehicle data is used to build personalized baselines, generate health alerts, and improve our predictive models.

7. Hardware

The OBD scanner device provided is for use with the DriveOn platform. We are not responsible for any vehicle issues caused by third-party OBD devices or improper installation.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
